What Happens After I Invest?

A step-by-step guide on what to expect next.

Step 1:  On receiving your order, we confirm and acknowledge it by sending you a receipt. Simultaneously, we register your trees with our nursery and the plantation managers allocate them a plot of land. They are then nurtured until reaching the sapling stage - up to 12 weeks, depending on the planting season.

Step 2:  Your saplings are transplanted to our plantation whereupon GPS coordinates will be issued detailing where your trees have been planted. You will then receive your Investor owner's pack, within 12 months, including; GPS coordinates, cropping rights and other ownership documents.

Step 3:  Our on site management team inspect your trees on a weekly basis and issue periodical reports confirming their progress and recommending any attention that may be required. 

Step 4:  After year 4 we will perform a thinning harvest as recommended by our resident foresters. This harvest allows your remaining trees to achieve maximum growth. The timber from these thinnings is sold and the proceeds passed to you minus our harvest and management fees.
